A Certified Uptime Center is a Mack/Volvo Dealer that has agreed to, adopted, implemented and is sustaining a defined set of standards and requirements that leverage people, processes, and technology. Sessions 2 – 4 provides hands-on, collaborative activities focused on key areas of the service process including checking in a vehicle, conducting a walk-around, interviewing customers, managing cases using advanced features in ASIST, analysis of current customer experience management (CEM) data, and communicating with the Uptime Center. The new Volvo Uptime Center in Eskilstuna, Sweden, are working proactively to support the Volvo dealers, preventing downtime for the customers.
